ALIAS : A SENSORY EXPLORATION BY SHYGIRL

ALIAS: A Sensory Exploration by Shygirl transforms the record’s core themes—identity, intimacy, and distortion—into a multisensory environment with a series of body-inspired installations where anatomy, sound, and memory intertwine. Developed with London-based multidisciplinary duo Francesco Loy Bell (Man About Town, Wonderland, ES Mag, Milk Machine) and Oliver Bell (LVMH, Off The Block, Arc’Teryx, Sinead Gorey) and renowned lighting and set designer Shaun Murphy (Charli XCX, Arca, Aphex Twin), visitors will enter the space to encounter a living skin speaker that sweats to a constant pulse base.  The cymatic installation uses light and vibration to visualize all seven tracks of ALIAS, translating the sonic landscape of the EP into something that’s not audible to the naked ear but instead experienced visually..
