Tookie2Beriz, a rapper from Paris’s 12th arrondissement with Ivorian roots, stands out thanks to his distinctive voice: a high-pitched tone that creates a striking contrast with the image he projects—that of an artist deeply connected to the streets.

Having grown up surrounded by African music, Tookie2Beriz also draws inspiration from French rap and American rap. Notably, Meek Mill for the raw emotion and intensity of his music, and Young Thug for his ability to break the rules and free himself from conventions.

Through his tracks, he raps about his own experiences, relying on honest and straightforward writing. In November 2024, he launched his series “Nouveaux Jours” with the track “Nouveaux Jours #1”, followed by “Nouveaux Jours #2” in December of the same year.

The “Nouveaux Jours” series continues this year with five new singles scheduled for release through the end of 2025.
