An icon of French Touch 2.0, producer, composer, DJ, remixer (for Charlotte Gainsbourg, Frank Ocean, Kavinsky, Juliette Armanet, and Philippe Katerine), film score composer for directors from Quentin Dupieux to Edouard Salier, and composer four times a year for Yves Saint Laurent fashion shows — Sebastian wears many hats, and his successes pile up.

In just over fifteen years, he has established himself as a key figure in the new pop music scene. A discreet hero, Sebastian has mastered the art of serving others, and despite his success, he continuously challenges himself and takes risks.

“My passion for music is essentially about discovering worlds I don’t know, adapting to better understand the universe of the artists I work with, feeding my various projects with accumulated experiences, and building bridges,” Sebastian explains. “I have never seen myself as anything other than a producer, ever since I started in music as a teenager. I was already that when I signed with Ed Banger. It’s the same drive, since I was 20, that fuels me: diving into projects I don’t know or master, and seeing what comes out of it!”
