Patrice
Patrice Bart Williams, known simply as Patrice, is a singer, songwriter, producer, and director with roots in Germany and Sierra Leone. His career began in 1999 with the release of the EP Lions. In 2016, he released Life’s Blood, followed by numerous concerts and festival appearances in the years that followed.
Later, he settled in Jamaica, where in 2020 he decided to build a recording studio in the middle of the forest. This unique place quickly became a creative hub for artists and inspired Patrice to explore new artistic horizons. The “Super Sundays,” live concerts held on the studio’s rooftop, have featured artists such as Richie Spice and Jesse Royal. Patrice also teamed up with AfroPunk for a live performance.
Over the past 20 years, he has released around ten albums and collaborated with artists including Alicia Keys, Black Eyed Peas, and Mr Eazi. His music is a genuine fusion of reggae, soul, punk, folk, and hip-hop, and throughout the years, he has managed to establish a truly distinctive style.
