MAGENTA is a French music project that blends electronic music with thoughtful songwriting, combining elements of dance, trance, spoken word, and indie pop. Formed by longtime collaborators with a background in rock and hip-hop, the group evolved from early DIY performances and recordings into a mature, genre-blurring act. Rooted in a deep fascination for loops, repetition, and the physicality of electronic music, MAGENTA’s sound merges the cerebral and the visceral. Their work is defined by a balance between hypnotic production and lyrical exploration, often in French, creating music that is both reflective and made for movement.
