BIOGRAPHIE
Depuis la sortie d'"Interplanetary Music" (décrit par The Guardian comme « le moment pop 2008 des initiés »), Mickey Moonlight a mixé, remixé (Franz Ferdinand, Jack Penate, Tame Impala,
New Young Pony Club et Crookers), et produit : Twin Shadow (Terrible Records), The New Sins, Hypnolove (Record Makers) et Fimber Bravo (20th Century Steel Band).
Mickey Moonlight est maintenant de retour avec un nouvel EP d'exotica sci-fi, en compagnie d'un casting stellaire...
Lou Hayter (The New Sins & New Young Pony Club), Tahita Bulmer (New Young Pony Club), Anita Blay (TheCocknBullKid), Susumu Mukai (Zongamin). The Fullfat Horns : Jake Painter, Carl Sterling and Robin Harris. Sonny Akpan (The Funkies), Leo Taylor (The Invisible), Alex Thomas (batteur live de Squarepusher et Air).
« Pelu Tolo » et « Love Pattern » sont des chansons disco-pop fleurant bon l'été. « Pelu Tolo » raconte l'histoire d'un jeune technicien qui quittera son amour de toujours pour s'envoler vers une lointaine planète. Un voyage sans retour.
« Coming Home Again » file la métaphore...un astronaute rêve de reconquérir celle qu'il aime. Il la rencontre dans une réalité virtuelle, mais cette illusion douce amère lui offre un certain confort.
TAM #5 et #19 sont des reportages sur le terrain, les fragments d'un chaos spatio-temporel.
BOT'OX et ISOLEE se chargent des remixes, adaptés à la danse de l'espace, à toutes heures.
